Imperia Investments has been granted a permit for the redevelopment of Bilderdijkpark 9 in Amsterdam. The foundation repair and construction of a basement has started in Q4 2021 and this phase will be completed in June 2022. This will be followed by the renovation into five high-quality apartments, which are expected to go on sale at the end of 2022.
