Imperia Investments specialises in the redevelopment and transformation of existing real estate into high quality apartments and houses. Usually, it concerns residential real estate but, among others, a former police station was also transformed into eight apartments. Furthermore, a number of exclusive properties, such as a detached villa or semi-detached houses were renovated and refurbished. Depending on the nature of a project, this is carried out independently or in association with our trusted partners. Our primary working area is Amsterdam, but we also include the region immediately surrounding the capital.

After studying economics, Frank Bakker began his career as an independent entrepreneur in financial services. . In 25 years, his company grew into one of the largest mortgage consultancy agencies in Amsterdam with 15 employees. Frank has broad experience with financing and in recent years he has been focusing increasingly on the real estate sector. With Imperia Investments
he now focuses entirely on the (re)development of real estate.
Krijn van Veggel (1973) worked for De Nieuwe Kerk and the Hermitage Amsterdam for 14 years, mainly as project leader production & logistics for a variety of exhibitions and events. Benefiting from this experience, he became an independent entrepreneur in the field of development and management of real estate in Amsterdam in 2007. His extensive knowledge of construction and project planning is worth its weight in gold at Imperia Investments.
